Welcome Message
At Nwoya CVA Practitioners Association, we believe in the power of collective action to transform lives. As a community-based advocacy group, we are dedicated to improving nutrition, food security, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WaSH) in Nwoya District through education, monitoring and advocacy. Our mission is to strengthen community voices, hold leaders accountable and ensure that development programs truly benefit those who need them most. By working together with community members, government agencies and development partners, we strive to create lasting, positive change.
OUR TESTIMONIALS
STORIES FROM OUR COMMUNITIES
"We followed the money. Found millions ‘lost’ in papers. We shouted till they built the school kitchen. Now our kids eat hot meals daily."

Okema James
"My children used to suffer from diarrhea. Then the water well came into place built by the community members, now we can access clean water and can no longer move miles to fetch water from the next 3 villages."

Juliet Akello
"Before the Right2Grow program, our children and women in our village used to move long distances to access nutritious and home grown vegetables, but after attending several trainings by organized by The Hunger Project Uganda through their project, we are now happily growing our own fresh vegetables just from our backyards."
